You know, Calavera wasn't just a border town – it was the beating heart of the black market during Prohibition; the place bootleggers and moonshiners hustled and chased fortunes while dodging the eyes of the law enforcers.
Death was no stranger to Calavera. It’s a land so unforgiving that the Spanish settlers named it skeleton in their language. Till this day, folks are as likely to wake up alive as they are not to wake up at all.
About a month back, they found the Mayor, Colt Hopkins, stone-cold in his own house. Some say it was an accident, some say it was murder, and some say he took his own life. Heck, we’ll never know. But, we do know this – that map was missing!
That map! That map could end this town! That map marked the main liquor smuggling routes! It’s missing!
